Dr. Robert Thompson, DMD began the practice of dentistry after graduation from Oregon Health Sciences University as a dental officer in Okinawa in the US Army. After serving his tour there he began practicing dentistry in Beaverton, Oregon. Over the years he has established and purchased additional dental offices under the name TenderCare.
He and his wife Laraine, have 7 children and a growing number of grandchildren. His son Andy, daughter-in-law – Mari, and son-in-law, Justin, as well as other dedicated associate dentists and office personnel are part of our experienced dental team.
“Dr. T” has continued his studies to improve his skills and has been awarded Fellowship and Mastership status in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Robert Thompson, DMD continues to work in the East Portland office and in the other offices when substituting for his associates.
